Can I use UNIQUEDOC for free?
Yes, simply register here and start using the platform. The Free plan gives you 100MB of storage and all the collaboration features.

How many messages/emails/notifications can I send within the UNIQUEDOC platform per month?
All UNIQUEDOC users can connect with other members in your contacts list as many times as you need, there are no restrictions.

How many groups can I join or create on UNIQUEDOC?
Free plan members can create and/or join up to 5 groups and Team Plan members up to 10 groups. Team Pro and Pro Plan Members can create and/or join an unlimited number of groups.

How much memory is available on my Secure Storage?
The amount of storage you have depends on which package you choose.
Free users have access to 100MB of secure storage.
Bronze users have access to 50GB of secure storage.
Silver users have access to 100GB of secure storage.
Gold users have access to 250GB of secure storage.

Can I access UNIQUEDOC from my phone or tablet?
Yes you can log in and use UNIQUEDOC on any device.


Do I need to submit my credit card details to sign up for my free subscription?
No, you can sign up for your free subscription with your name and email address.

How can I pay?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

Are payments made on a monthly, quarterly or yearly basis?
All individual paid members are billed monthly. This allows members to upgrade or change plan as needed. For business and group pricing please contact us.

Can I cancel my subscription if I need to?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Your next regular payment and further payments will not be charged.
