How many messages can I send to my connections per month?

Free - Connect with other Free members in your contacts list as many times as you need.

Bronze - UNIQUEDOC offers unlimited messaging. Connect with other members in your contacts list as many times as you need.

Silver - Connect with other members in your contacts list as many times as you need.

Gold - Connect with other members in your contacts list as many times as you need.

May I speak to anyone on the website even if their verification level differs from mine?

Free members may connect with all other free members and in addition be contacted by bronze, silver and gold members.

How many groups can I join or create on UNIQUEDOC?

Free - Members can create and/or join up to 5 groups.

Bronze - Members can create and/or join up to 10 groups.

Silver - Members can create and/or join an unlimited number of groups.

Gold - Members can create and/or join an unlimited number of groups.

How much memory is available on my Secure Storage?

Free - Members have access to 100MB of secure storage.

Bronze - Members have access to 50GB of secure storage.

Silver - Members have access to 100GB of secure storage.

Gold - Members have access to 250GB of secure storage.

Can I publish research on UNIQUEDOC?

Gold members can make any form of digital information available for sale through our Content Store. Any single file up to 2 GB in size. Contact us for further details.

Can I create conferences?

Gold members can create conferences. We can provide assistance in setting up your conference group and provide a ‘voucher code’ so that your invitees automatically join your conference group at UNIQUEDOC registration. Information about content hosting and rates available on request.

Are Payments Made on a monthly, quarterly or yearly basis?

All individual paid members are billed monthly. This allows members to upgrade or change plan as needed. For business and group pricing please contact us.

Can I Access UNIQUEDOC from my phone or tablet?

All members can access UNIQUEDOC on any device providing they have their three pieces of information.

Can I cancel my subscription if I need to?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Your next regular payment and further payments will not be charged.

How can I pay?

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

Is there a guide to using UNIQUEDOC?

There is a user guide on the website showing how the features work. Inside the application there is also a ‘UNIQUEDOC Tips’ group which is public and you can join, this will be updated with useful hints and tips.
